MATHS INSET: BEYOND THE TEXT BOOK

Enjoy an Inset programme where the emphasis is on exciting mathematics teaching which will enhance your curriculum and enthuse pupils. The priority is on practical work where delegates will be given the opportunity work on the projects and activities which normally are presented in a classroom.

The sessions can be as short as 90 minutes or up to 4 hours. The Inset programme can accommodate all age groups in each Key Stage up to KS3.

• Suitability: Groups of mathematics practitioners (teachers and teaching assistants) across a key stage group.
• Numbers in a session can range from 10 to 40
  
• Host's commitment: To provide appropriate accommodation, a public address system, a digital projector and refreshments at the end of the meeting.
• Organiser's commitment: To provide all the materials.
